This study aims at highlighting the Birimian lithofacies of the Boulgou-Kodisare area and identifying the possible key structures that are responsible of the mineralization. The methodology integrates literature that allows the positioning of a series of geological traverses, (04 traverses), field work in order to collect data for subsequent detail examinations supported with microscope. The results show three shear zones (A, B and C). Alterations are propylitic, chlorite-carbonate, phyllitic and associated to the formation of gold-bearing
mineral. The current paper, in addition to draw up key elements in the recognition of shear zone has allowed characterizing different alterations and associated mineralization. The work indicates the importance of such a zone for the emplacement of mineral deposit.
