Enthusiasm for educational software sometimes hides some real problems, which have some negative repercussions on the efficiency and the quality of learning undertaken by learners. Among those problems are the poor analysis, the poor design and the ignorance of the pedagogical theoretical aspects in the design process. This work proposes an e-learning software pattern-based design approach to fix the problems underlined in the literature.
