poisoning: it is mainly bilateral alveolar syndrom and secondly complex alveolo-broncho-

interstitial syndrom, re sulted f rom a real Mendelson's syndrom with diff e re nt intensity, caused

by swallowing some produces in the way of antidote or trying to have the patient vomite. Authors

demonstrate that chest x-ray must not be systematic in this affection. They suggest to pre scribe

chest x-ray : - firstly to less six months old patients and/or with stethacoustic signs and/or with

neurologic signs. - secondary for checking on evolution if only clinic not go better. The objective

in rationing this prescription is to allow those poor incomed patients to save up for an affection

which could be avoided by parent's sensibilisation and education, in view to face others more

frequent and more murdered pediatric diseases …
